1. Reservation fee

A reservation fee of 1,000 pesos or at least 40% of the total amount of your stay is required for guests who book directly (through social media platforms). 

2. Room capacity

Our unit is ideal for 4 guests, but we can accommodate up to 5 guests as long as one of them is a toddler (height 3ft and below).

3. Cancellation fee

Reservation fee is non-refundable upon cancellation of booking. 

4. Check-in & Check-out time

Standard check-in time is at 2:00 PM, and check-out time is STRICTLY at 12:00 PM. You are welcome to check in anytime after 2:00 PM. If you'd like an extension, it is allowed (subject to room availability) and hourly extension fees apply after 2:00 PM.

5. What tower is to pin on waze

Both Bahamas South and Bahamas North share the same reception area. Please pin Bahamas South first, and if unavailable, you may pin Bahamas North

6. Do you have a parking

Azure has parking facilities. The rate is 380 pesos per 24 hours for cars, and 280 pesos per 24 hours for motorcycles. Hourly rates are also available. Senior citizen discounts are offered. 

7. What is your WIFI password 

The Wi-Fi password is RechelRechelRechel1! You will also find this information on the "Welcome Sign" in the unit—simply flip the sign to view the details on the back.

8. Where is the garbage room

To dispose of your garbage, follow the hallway towards the elevator. Continue until you reach the next hallway, turn right, and walk straight to the end. You will find the fire exit door there. Open the door, and on your right, you will see the garbage room.
